Egyptian Pyramids

Pyramids have been a member of the 'seven wonders of the ancient world' and still it has also made its place in the modern list of wonders. The reason is obviously its uniqueness in the list of the wonders and nearly 4500 years have passed since it was build yet it stills stands there with all its glory. The many mysteries related to the secret pathways within the pyramids are still unfold and archaeologist are still trying to solve these mysteries.
The biggest mystery of course is the existence of the Pyramids its self. It is believed that the Pyramids were built in 2560 B.C serving as a place to keep the tombs of the Egyptian Kings. The Pyramids located in Giza are said to have been made during a period of 20 years, during which countless workers took part in the completion of this massive structure. There are many theories related to the construction of the Egyptian Pyramids because a structure of such size and intelligent design appears unbelievable to exist in that era.
Scientists have suggested different method on how the structure was built and there is also popular belief that "aliens" came and helped the Egyptians to built the Great Pyramids.
